If the latest rumors to be believed then the upcoming HTC One Max won’t be the next flagship device from the Taiwanese makes, and the tag Max remain in its name only. HTC One Max was supposed to make its debut at IFA Berlin, but that didn’t happen, and now it is expected to make its debut any time in the October.
The HTC One Max is supposed to be lands with a all the normal features for a high end device including a 5.9″ Full HD display, 2GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, Ultra pixel camera, Beats audio, finger print scanner, and a 3000 mAh battery. Of course the phablet was said to offer a 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

But now the things seems to be changed and according to the latest news there won’t be any Snapdragon 800 processor to power the One Max, and it will offer only Snapdragon S4 processor inside the pack. There is some contradictory news spread on the step down for the processor. Some says that the company was forced to go with S4, because of the supply shortage of the highly demanded Snapdragon 800, on the other hand the decision is a part of cut down the cost.Whatever it may be it won’t effect well on HTC.

We will wait for any solid confirmation regarding this issue, or just stay awaited until next month for the official debut of the device.
