Lenovo announced Vibe X at IFA 2013 with 5MP front facing camera

Looks like that Lenovo has a couple of devices on their board to showcase at IFA 2013, and the first one in the list is Lenovo Vibe X, a stylish smartphone with some nice features on the box. The Chinese makers planning to launch the device first in China in October and the device will be available in other part of the world starrting from December. Unfortunately Lenovo don’t have any plans to offer the device in Europe.

Coming to the specifications side, the Vibe X offers 5″ Full HD IPS display with 1920×1080 resolution and 440 ppi. The phone measures 6.9mm thick and it coming with Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. The innards are powered by a 1.5 GHz Quad-core MediaTek MTK 6589T processor assisted with a 2 GB of RAM.

The rear camera is a 13 MP one with auto-focus, LED flash and a back-illuminated sensor, while there is a 5MP front snapper.  It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Lenovo also pre-loaded some custom apps which will allow the users to conveniently share photos, videos, and documents and also protect the device from malicious software, and back up/restore important data.
