We saw the device many times here and there and the device appeared in dreadful looking leaked shots, in recent times.


For those who are new to the name Galaxy Gear let me explain, Galaxy Gear is a wristbound wearable smartwatch designed to interact with your Galaxy Note 3 (Galaxy Gear only supports Note 3 and the new version of the Galaxy Note 10.1 right now, but they promised to update the Gear to work with other Galaxy devices like Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy S 4, and Galaxy Note II.)

Now coming to the features side, Gear offers 1.63-inch Super AMOLED display, with the power of 800MHz processor and it also houses 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. The watch also offers a 1.9MP camera ad also gyroscope and accelerometer. It sports a stylish yet classic look and finihsed with etal and sapphire glass on its front side. More than a watch the Gear is going to be a fashion icon and also a cool gadget in the coming days, it seems.

Samsung Galaxy Gear supports S Voice and users can make calls, create calander entries and can do other tasks by voice command. The watch features built-in microphone and speakers so that the users can answer the call, with out taking their phone. It also supports Bluetooth 4.0.

Samsung planning to launch the Galaxy Gear on September 25 alongside the Note 3, for a price tag approximately $299. It is coming in six attractive colors to adorn your wrist, including Jet Black, Mocha Gray, Wild Orange, Oatmeal Beige, Rose Gold, and Lime Green.
