After trying their luck in the smartphone space, the Indian smartphone vendor Xolo dipping their hands in to the tablet market also. The company introduced their first Android tablet dubbed as Xolo Tab with an 8″ display. The tablet comes with some nice featues and will be available for a price for Rs 13,499.

Xolo Tab features an 8-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024×768 pixels and it draws the power from a a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8225Q quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, assisted with Adreno 203 GPU. It houses a 1GB of RAM and an  internal memory of4GB, in which 2.5GB is users-available. The tablet also offers microSD card support up to 32GB for your further storage needs. The rear camera is a a 2-megapixel one, and there is a VGA front snapper for video calls.


In case of connectivity the tablet offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, AGPS and 3G video and voice calling. It runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and houses a  4,000mAh battery, that offers up to 12 hours of talktime and 360 hours of standby time on 3G, says Xolo.

Just recently Xolo introduced their latest smartphone Q1000S for RS 18,999, with 5 inch display and 1.5GHz Quad-Core MediaTek MT6589T processor.
