How you feel when you missed out any valuable moment in your life, just because of the slow performance of your camera. If you are a Nexus 5 user, you may be experienced it at least once. The Nexus 5 has a very good camera up in its sleeve, but its drawbacks making the camera as a dealbreaker.
Well you won’t be facing this problem again. Google is planning to roll out Android 4.4.1 update for Nexus 5 users. The immediate update for Android KitKat for Nexus 5 is to fix one of the main problem, its camera performance. The update will speed up the frame rate and also fix Nexus 5’s face unlock bug.

In an interview with Verge, Dave Burke, the Director of Engineering, Android mentioned that Google is planning to roll out the update with in the next few days. But now Google has officially announced via Google+ page that the update is coming today itself. Apart from speeding up the focusing, the update will add less shutter lag, faster white balancing and also the ability to pinch-zoom the viewfinder in HDR+ mode. Google has also posted a handful of photos showing the difference between the two.
Now with the latest update, the Nexus 5 users can shoot more confidently.
