The Indian smartphone maker Micromax seems to be prepping a new Android phone for the masses, those who are looking forward for a handy upper-mid ranger. The phone dubbed as Micromax A200 leaked online, and it looks like that phone is just closer to its launch.
The phone is leaked via MMXNewscaster, a source related to Micromax devices, and they revealed the details of the upcoming smartphone by the domestic vendor via their Twitter account. The tweet managed to include all the specifications of the device with in a single line, and it says that, “Micromax A200: 4.7″ HD, 1.3GHz Quad core, 1GB RAM, 8MP, 5MP, 1800 mAh Li-po, Gorilla Glass 2.”
Yes that’s it. That is all we know about the device right now. The name A200 seems to be just a model number, and there may be some chances that the phone ended up with some another name, when it hits the market.
If the tweet is to be believed the phone is expected to offer a 4.7″ screen with 720p resolution, 1.3GHz quad core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear and 5MP front snappers and a 1800 mAh Li-Polymer battery. The phone measures 7.9mm thickness and there is a Gorilla Glass 2 for protection.
