Back in December last year, Facebook rumored to acquire an Indian based start-up company, Little Eye Labs. Now the deal seems to be on. Earlier today the team behind Little Eye Labs confirmed the news through their website.
“Today, we’re very excited to announce that Facebook is acquiring our company. With this acquisition, Little Eye Labs will join forces with Facebook to take its mobile development to the next level! This is Facebook’s first acquisition of an Indian company, and we are happy to become part of such an incredible team.”

Little Eye is basically a start-up based in Bangalore, that develop tools for mobile apps and performance analysis. Founded back in July, Little Eye Labs announced their first product just nine months back.

Even though there is no word on the financial details on the acquisition, the deal is said to be in between 10-15 million USD, that is a great achievement for Indian start-ups.
