Oppo has made its presence felt in many international countries. The Smartphone devices, especially the Oppo N1 received a great fanfare around the world within a short period of launch.
Now, the news is out about Oppo’s entry into Indian Market, and that too, with their flagship brand Oppo N1. The launch of Oppo N1 is scheduled on January 30, which also marks the entry of Oppo in Indian Smartphone market.
Oppo has decided on the brand ambassadors for India. They have roped in Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor to promote their line of products. The first commercial is already shot and will go on air on January 30 or even before this launch date. Oppo N1 was introduced back in September 2013.
With the entry of Oppo the smartphone market in India will become even hotter. Last month we saw Gionee, another Chinese brand launching a flagship device called Elife E7.
The high end models from Samsung and LG can expect a tough challenge from Oppo’s N1. The price of the device is expected to be around Rs. 38000, which is much in line with the pricing of LG G2 and Samsung Galaxy S4. Galaxy S4, however is selling cheaper in the country now.
The USP of Oppo N1 is its 13MP rotating camera that can be used as a front and rear camera. The swivel camera is tested for up to 1,00,000 swivels. The camera features 3 MP CMOS sensor from Sony with 6 lenses stacked one over the other.
