Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 lite tablet came into news few days ago, prior to the commencement of CES 2014. Now one of the polish online retailers have put this device on sale on their Shopping portal.
Samsung is yet to launch the device officially. Given the fact that the device has already made its public appearance, we will soon find device in other countries including India.
Galaxy Tab 3 lite comes in WiFi and 3G versions. The SM-111 which is the 3G version of the device is priced 799 zł which is approximately Rs. 16200 or US $263. The SM-110 WiFi only version is priced 499 zł, which is equivalent to Rs. 10,100 or US $165. Apart from the connectivity, the devices are identical in their specifications.
Let’s now look into the specifications of this new budget tablet from Samsung. Galaxy Tab 3 Lite is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core Marvell PXA986 Cortex A9 processor along with Vivante GC1000 GPU. There is 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB internal storage memory. It comes with Android 4.2 Jelly bean OS out of the box.
The 7 inch display offers 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. WiFi and Bluetooth are the other connectivity options. Where this device comes with dual SIM or single SIM is yet to be seen. The tablet weighs 310g and has dimensions ranging 117 x 193 x 9.7 mm. The battery is of 3600 mAH capacity. There a 2 mega pixel rear camera without flash and a VGA front camera.
