Now as promised, the company started rolling out the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update, and the first device to get the goodness of Android KitKat in the list is Xolo Q1010i.
Xolo officially announced the phone back in April with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean on the board. Xolo Q1010i features a 5-inch display, 1.3 GHz MediaTek processing power, 1GB of RAM, 8 MP rear camera, 2050 mAh battery etc.
The update will bring a number of enhanced features. It will offer a new camera UI, restyled status and navigation bar, printing support, Color emoji, new phone dialer etc.
The Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for Xolo Q1010i is available as OTA, (over the air), but the users can also download the file and update manually. The 298 MB file is available for download from official Xolo support site. The company has also added the complete instructions in the support page.
After this software update the Xolo Q1010i, which is considered the best competitor for Moto G, is now nothing short in features and specifications.
