Oppo N1 Mini will be launched in India on August 11, Monday in India. Last week we saw this smartphone getting launched in Malaysia for RM 1,398 (almost $438).
The phone is now available for the above mentioned price in Malaysia. If Oppo follows the same pricing strategy, the price of Oppo N1 Mini in India will be around Rs. 25,000. Oppo has already sent out media invitation for the launch of this phone.
Oppo N1 Mini features a 5 inch display that offers 1280 x 720 p HD resolution. The pixel density of the display thus is approximately around 294 ppi. The phone has an IPS LCD capacitive touch screen.
It is powered by a quad core Cortex A7 CPU along with Adreno 305 GPU. Qualcomm snapdragon 400 is the chipset used in Oppo N1 Mini. There is 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage memory. Micro SD card slot is not available for further memory expansion.
The connectivity options in this phone includes Bluetooth V4.0, GPS with assisted GPS, micro USB port v 2.0 with USB on-the-go and Wi-Fi. The network connectivity options includes 2G, 3G and 4G LTE. This phone joins the short line-up of 4G LTE phones in India.

Oppo retains the 13 MP rotating camera which was used in the original version of the phone. The camera is found effective because it can be rotated at the will of the user, giving more flexibility to handle the camera. The camera comes accompanied with LED flash. Features of the camera includes 1/3.2” sensor size, rotating lens, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR. It is an auto focus camera which also records full HD (1080p) videos @ 30 fps.

The phone will find competition from the likes of Moto G and the recently launched the Xiaomi MI 3. These phones however lacks 4G connectivity. Those requiring faster data transfer can opt this phone.
