Infocus has launched the 4G version of its entry level Android phone, Infocus M2. The infocus M2 4G is much identical to its parent device most aspects. The chipset is what differentiate between the 3G device and the 4G device. Besides the M2 4G comes with a textured back cover. The phone is priced Rs. 5,499 and will be exclusively available from Amazon.in through flash sales. The registrations of the flash sale scheduled on 24th July, 2 P.M have already started.
Infocus M2 4G features a 4.2 inch HD LTPS display that offers 355 ppi pixel density. As mentioned above, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset that features Adreno 305 GPU. There is 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage in this device. The microSD card helps in further storage expansion.
It is a dual SIM phone that runs Android 4.4 Kitkat OS. It supports FDD LTE Bands 1, 3, 7, 8, 28 and TD LTE bands 38, 39, 40 and 41. There are two 8MP camera units in this phone — one in the front and the other on the rear. The front camera too have a soft LED flash, besides the LED flash on the rear. The camera uses 5P lens that eliminate color difference and aberration. It has a F2.2 aperture.
It is powered by 2010 mAh battery. Connectivity options in Infocus M2 4G includes 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, GPS and MicroUSB port. The phone supports USB OTG. Optical, proximity, G-force, magnetic sensors, and E-compass and gyroscope are also present.
Infocus has further widened its portfolio on Amazon.in with the launch of this 4G phone. Two days back the had launched Infocus M810 with flagship specifications like Snapdragon 801, 5.5 inch full HD display, 13 MP camera etc. It sells on Amazon for Rs. 14,999.
