Yu Yureka Plus is the latest Android device from Yu, a Micromax subsidiary. Yu Yureka Plus, as the name denotes is an enhanced version of Yu Yureka that was launched few months back. This latest Yureka phone comes with a fullHD (1920x1080p) display that offers ~401 ppi pixel density over its 5.5 inch wide display. On the top of the display is the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for added protection.

Yu Yureka Plus is a dual SIM phone that has microSIM card slots (4G+3G). It is a 4G device that runs CyanogenMod 12 OS which is customised over Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS version. The phone is powered by a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset that comes with Adreno 405 GPU. There is 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage memory in this device. The memory is further expandable using a microSD card (up to 32GB).

The phone comes with 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. The battery capacity of the phone is 2500. The connectivity options besides the 4G includes 3G, 2G, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, MicroUSB v2.0 and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n.

The sensors in the phone includes accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and gyroscope. So we can see that, nothing much have changed in Yu Yureka plus when compared to Yu Yureka. The obvious difference is in terms of the display resolution which is better than the previous version. The specifications are now at par with the Lenovo K3 note which is sold at the same price.

Yu Yureka Plus is Rs.1000 pricier than the Yureka. It is priced Rs. 9999, and will be available exclusively from Amazon.in through flash sales. The registration for the first flash scheduled on Friday at 12 PM have already begun. The phone comes in Alabaster White and Moondust colour variants.
